Carrots...Everyone's favorite?

I like Carrots nah not really, personally it makes me feel like am a bunny in Alice Wonderland fairy tale gnawing on  a carrot stick but the health benefits outweighs every negative feeling and frankly the numerous ways one can prepare a carrot is really nice.

So why eat Carrots?
This orange vegetable is rich in Vitamin A which is important for overall vision health. It is not a magic cure though for eye problems or defects.
It makes a great snack, helps in digestion, glowing skin, lower risk of heart attacks and prevention of certain cancers.

So I resolved to eat a carrot a day not like Bugs Bunny but by adding it to my carbohydrate or vegetable dishes...whatever way feels right and tastes delicious.

It is all about living well and eating a carrot of course!!!
